This Privacy Policy explains how Color Card Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Chrome extension and this website.
What we collect
We aim to collect the minimum required to provide Pro activation and customer support.
Account identifier
When you sign in with Google for activation, we store your Google Account identifier (Google “sub”) as a record key, along with your Pro entitlement status (Pro / Free).
Purchase status
We store purchase events required to keep your entitlement accurate (e.g. paid/refunded) and may store an order id for support and refunds.
What we don’t collect
We do not collect analytics/behavior tracking data, and we do not sell your information.
Third‑party services
We use the following third‑party services to provide functionality:
Used for sign‑in and token verification.
Lemon Squeezy
Used for payment processing, tax handling, and refunds.
Data retention & deletion
We retain entitlement records as long as needed to provide Pro activation. You can request deletion by contacting support.
